Our partner company is an agency of the European Union dedicated to develop, implement and coordinate training of law enforcement officials.
• Desk support to answer questions of users with different roles, giving them guidance, report problems and initiating trouble-shooting
• Production of how-to-guides and supporting documentation for LEED Managers and other end users
• Collection of issues and proposals for improvement and fine-tuning
• Active support in revision of official e-Learning documentation in-line with the digitalisation strategy and preparation of new process descriptions, quality templates and decisions to be prepared
• Active support of setting the LMS for 2020 meeting all requirements by establishing course images, online course images, webinar pages and exchange / project platforms
• Helping migrate learning material between two LMS platforms
• Help testing and reporting back problems with regard to the implementation of the new LMS
• Liaising with internal and external partners
• Performing other related tasks as required
• Secondary, post-secondary education
• Must be a EU citizen
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (C1 or above)
• Ability to plan own work, manage priorities, work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines
• Very good attention to details
• Proactive attitude and ability to identify problems at an early stage and propose preventive measures
• Positive attitude, flexibility and solution orientation
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect diversity

Advantageous:
• IT background. Studies in the field related to the job profile (IT, Education, Administration)
• Knowledge of LMS
• Experience in LMS user management
Gross monthly salary: 2,077 Euro
Expected starting date and duration:
Start: 17 February 2020
End: 31 July 2020
